Terms of Use

1. Acknowledgement of Prior Practices

The App has been in operation prior to the publication of these Terms. While these Terms are effective from the date above, they formalize practices that have already been in place regarding the handling of data and service delivery.
 

2. Data Handling and Storage

  • The App processes and stores data on Wix Velo, GCP, and AWS servers.

  • Our AWS servers are set as the region of US East (N. Virginia).

  • Data may be stored or processed on any of these platforms depending on the feature or service.

  • In the legacy version, some of your end customer data may be processed as part of App functionality and stored in our legacy AWS databases.
     

3. User Responsibility and Backup

  • Users are solely responsible for backing up their data. The App does not perform backups of user data.

  • Infuze Group does not guarantee against data loss or corruption and is not liable for any loss, damage, or misprocessing of data.
     

4. Limited Liability

  • The App passes data from endpoints such as Wix Stores and Epos Now. We do not perform validation or correction of this data.

  • Infuze Group is not liable for any errors, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect, missing, or delayed data.

  • Use of the App is at your own risk.
     

5. Pilot, Beta, and Early Release Features

  • Participation in pilot, beta, or early release features is voluntary.

  • Features may change, become unavailable, or behave unpredictably during early release.

  • By participating, users acknowledge that such features are experimental and agree that Infuze Group is not liable for any issues arising.

  • Feedback provided during these programs may influence future versions of the App.

  • Pilot, Beta and Early Release fetures are label as such on the pages within the app. If you do not wish to participate, please do not use these pages. 

  • Supported features are provided in the apps "features and benefits guide" that is found below

6. Changes to Terms

Infuze Group may update these Terms at any time. The current effective date will always be indicated at the top of this document. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
