Send Orders To Print

We have upgraded the Wix Order API to now allow the Wix orders to be sent to your connected Till Printer. There is a small initial setup process you need to do to ensure this happens.

I have attached a Guide on this article on how to setup the Order Printer in Epos Now.

You also must have categories in Epos Now setup for the printer facility to work. 

Firstly your products must be in categories, and secondly you must have a order printer setup to those categories.

1. Go into your Epos Now back office

2. Go into Categories (Click Here)

3. Click Edit next to a Category.

4. Under the order printer / display tab, select one of the available options. 

Now follow the setup guide attached to ensure your Order Printer is turned on for these order category types. 

If a linked product is sold through the website the Order will be pushed to the Web Order Online Utility (Order Printer) the order will contain the Date, Customer, Line Items, Shipping Address, Shipping Option Selected, Wix Order Number.

Please note, We do not have the access in Epos Now backend to assist with Setting up the WOOU other than the provided guide attached. If you need more assistance, Please contact your Epos Now support Agent.
